My dad watches A LOT of MSNBC and one thing I’ve noticed popping up lately is everyone on that station pronounces “ideology” with an “i” like in “idiot.”
I could have sworn it was pronounced with a long “i”. I finally consulted Google and it turns out I am apparently right.
Where did this come from? Do you suppose MSNBC is subconsciously saying that anyone with an ideology is an idiot? I mean, if that’s it, they really have no room to talk.
(I don’t disagree with everything they say but it’s one of those situations where if you can’t tell me what a woman is, I can’t 100% trust everything else you say, either.)
NOTE: This is a conversation, not an essay post, and comments are open. Play nice, kids.
